About the Role
The store sales representative is responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing excellent customer service. Duties include:
Greeting and assisting customers
Understanding customer needs and recommending products
Operating cash registers and handling transactions
Keeping the store clean and organized
Stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
Meeting sales targets and goals
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Knowledge of products being sold
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
